Various routes are on offer:

Departure from Losser – arrival at Lannion. Time required: 4-5 hours.
- Departure from Tonquédec – arrival at Lannion. Descent time: 3-4 hours.
- Departure from Kerguiniou – arrival at Lannion. Descent time: 2 hours 30 mins.
- Departure from Kériel – arrival at Lannion. Route hiking time: 1 hour 30 mins.
